Free 15 minute consultation - Every client receives a free 15 minute consult so that we can discuss your goals and see if you feel we are a good fit.

Individual sessions - after the consultation, individual sessions will be scheduled at a pace that best suits you.

Sessions + Rates:

My rate is 150$ flat per 50-minute individual virtual therapy session.

I work with people in Ontario and select other provinces.

Many insurance companies cover social workers - please check with your company prior to booking. Fees will be charged and a receipt issued that can be sent to your insurance for reimbursement.
